We’re busy finalizing plans for next week’s 2nd Annual Aviation Career Week.
Four months, three workshop (aka Flight Plan) venues, 28 executives, and 88 students. The third year of the Futures in Aerospace program has far exceeded all expectations. While it’s sad to see the workshops come to a close, we’re beyond excited for next week’s Aviation Career Week.
The second annual affair will connect career-minded high school and college students with aerospace and local industry executives at three different airports. The intent is to introduce students to leaders (and vice-versa), encourage them to engage in meaningful conversations and, for some, walk away with job shadows, interviews, internships, and newly created relationships.
The receptions are open to the public and free of charge. However, we strongly urge everyone to RSVP. This allows us to cover all hospitality needs and provide a clear plan for the networking function.
