The new website is designed for job seekers, employers, and our supporters. Visitors will be able easily RSVP for workshops and other events, make donations, enlist as sponsors, find career tips, and provide advice.
It’s more than just a website!
Built by our friends at Jenson Consulting, the website contains a unique Career Ready Portal, where students and job seakers can learn about career planning tips, create or fine-tune their resumes, script their elevator pitches, practice interview questions, and more. The purpose is to instill the best practices and tips they’ll utilize as they seek jobs. Each “candidate” who takes advantage of the portal will earn a special classification upon completion of the career readiness portal.

Employers seeking talent can utilize the Career Ready Portal to seek quality talent for their apprenticeship, internship, and part/full-time openings.
The Career Ready Portal was conceived, designed, and monitored by Pathways to Aviation. Jenson Consulting built the software. And, our team of junior leaders, aka the Flight Team, was instrumental in providing input, ideas, and feedback for the innovative system. The team effort has produced a one-of-a-kind achievement-based career readiness and employment sourcing platform.
