Yesterday’s workshop created a conversation about how first impressions can either amplify or ruin conversations, relationships, and career chances. We spent considerable time talking about the two types of first impressions, which are 1) when entering a room or when attracting someone’s visual attention, and 2) the initial conversation.

We also discussed what factors trigger first impression, which include:

• Eye contact
• Body language
• Greeting
• Attire
• Cleanliness
