Our Futures in Aerospace program has become a very important part of Pathways to Aviation. Officially launched in early 2017, the career mentoring program has developed into a strong program with international reach.

We typically present a Year in Review to summarize our on-site activities, usually highlighted by workshops and networking receptions. However, this year is a bit different. While we planned to create an online version of the program, we didn’t plan to launch the expansion until October. The onset of COVID-19 fast-tracked our launch with the online version in April and the certification pathway in May. Like our on-site program, the online version has been a success.
