We frequently talk about the importance of strong soft skills. Each skill is vital to personal and professional success. Communication is, quite possibly, the most important of them all. In fact, effective communication comprises many soft skills.

On Wednesday, March 31, we’ll address effective communication. Lt. Col. Michael Castania will be our guest presenter. He’s heavily involved with the Civil Air Patrol, where he serves as the NJ Wing’s Director of Aerospace Education. He also serves the national Civil Air Patrol as its Aerospace Education External Programs Coordinator.
