Yesterday’s workshop was filled with great information, advice, and a little pressure. Our guest speaker, John Foster, encountered difficulty with his powerpoint presentation. The slideshow featured two videos, which did not air as previously tested. Rather than get flustered, John used the same skills required in successful air traffic controllers to solve the issue. It was a remarkable display, which illustrated important characteristics to our attendees.
