Yesterday’s workshop brought youthful energy to our summer series. We began the session by talking about your Why…your reason or reasons behind what you’re hoping to accomplish. This can be as simple as waking up or attending an event or as big as seeking employment. Developing your Why helps you glean a deeper understanding of you, your interests, and the goals you seek to achieve. The second half of the workshop featured another incredible guest speaker. This time, we met Ryan Dittoe, who’s the Airport Planner for the Sacramento County Department of Airports. A rising young professional in the industry, Ryan described his career journey, took a deep dive into what he’s doing in Sacramento and within the industry, and shared keen advice.
