The third year of our aerospace career mentoring program, officially referred to as the Futures in Aerospace, exceeded all expectations this spring. The program welcomed the most students, speakers, and mentors than the previous two years combined. On top of that, the program resulted in several internship offerings and hundreds of professional connections.

We created a special Year in Review to encapsulate the mission, objectives, workshops, and networking events.

The review includes a preview of our 2020 Vision, as we continue to expand this program to impact a growing number of students, businesses, local communities, and the overall aerospace industry.
