Pathways to Aviation operates entirely from contributions made by individuals, corporations, and private foundations. The organization does not receive any federal or state funding. Each dollar contributed to Pathways to Aviation allows staff and volunteers to work closely with job seekers and employers. 90% of every dollar is allocated to program development and growth.
