The Futures in Aerospace program attracted another full room of students and guests in Reno to learn about hard and soft skills.

The cold temperatures could not keep a large number of high school and college students from identifying valuable skills required for outstanding careers.

Our guest speakers were incredible, as they shared their personal career journeys, amazing energy, and important career planning advice. Very special thanks to Karalynn Mumm, Larry Crapo, and Chris Webster.

The next Reno Flight Plan workshop is scheduled for March 5. It’ll feature a new group of aerospace leaders and the topic will be articulating hard and soft skills on resumes.
